Captain Brad Carpenter was born in Kansas City and raised on the Caloosahatchee River in Southwest Florida. He began his professional yachting career at eighteen years old as Captain of a forty-foot trawler on Florida's Gulf coast and moved to running jet boats and charter yachts in 1990. Now in his 21st year at sea, Captain Brad holds his 1600-Ton Ocean U.S.C.G. License, 3000 ITC MCA License, STCW-95 3000 ITC Certificate, and a B.A. in Management from Florida Atlantic University. His chief stewardess, first mate, and engineer have crewed with him 9, 7, and 3 years, respectively. He has traveled over 100,000 sea miles and visited some of the world's greatest cruising grounds, but his expertise lies in navigating the shallow banks of the Bahamas.

First Mate Andy Ross hails from Melbourne, Florida. Andy was raised around boats in Florida and Bahamian waters and began yachting 15 years ago aboard the sailing yacht FEI'SEEN. He has since perfected his boatswain skills underway and while involved in numerous refits. He is also an accomplished carpenter and sport fisherman. Andy enjoys billiards, sail boarding, and snorkeling in his spare time. Andy has worked with Captain Brad on Ragazza for over 7 years, holds a 100 Ton U.S.C.G. License, and is STCW-95 qualified.

Engineer Darren White comes from Long Beach, Mississippi. His career at sea began in the US Coast Guard at age 17 as an engineer aboard the 378' cutter Dallas from New York City and the 110' patrol cutter Sitkinack out of Key West, Florida. Throughout the years he has worked in shipyards learning vessel construction, operated one of the Gulf Coasts largest repair facilities, acquired numerous certifications with engine manufacturers, obtained accreditation with ABYC (American Boat and Yacht Council) and SAMS (Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors) prior to entering the yachting industry. Darren enjoys playing the drums, working with anything mechanical, and when not aboard Ragazza can be found on his boat in the Bahamas spear fishing and looking for treasure sites.

Stewardess Barbara Davis was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. She spent her vacations and holidays in New Jersey and Delaware deep sea fishing with her family. Barbara's enthusiasm for the sea did not wane and after earning her Associates Degree in Advertising Art, she moved to St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. During that time she had the opportunity to travel aboard boats to various islands in the Caribbean. When she is not aboard yacht Ragazza, Barbara can be found pursuing water sports and fine art events. Barbara has worked with Capt. Brad and Ragazza for over 9 years and is STCW-95 qualified.

Chef Jean-Pierre Venne hails from Quebec, Canada, where he began his culinary career. He worked as an Executive Chef for Norwegian Cruise Line for two years, and in 1994 moved to Florida to pursuer his career in the yachting industry. Jean-Pierre has worked on such vessels as M/Y Lady Marina, M/Y Joanna Alexandra, and M/Y Mystique. His favorite places to cruise are the Bahamas and Caribbean. In his spare time, he can be found traveling, studying the stock market, or engaging in a heated game of billiards or darts. Jean-Pierre has been with Ragazza for over 3 years.
